TechnoPulse is a .NET and Azure consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We operate the website at technopulse.co.uk (the "Site"). In this policy "we", "us", and "our" refer to TechnoPulse.

2. What information we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us:
- Contact enquiries — when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and a description of the services you are enquiring about.
- Email correspondence — if you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence in the ordinary course of business.
We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this Site. We do not collect data passively beyond standard web server request logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, response status), which are retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or request for information
- Provide consultancy services you have engaged us for
- Maintain records of our professional correspondence and contractual obligations
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

5. Where we store your data
Contact form submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage, hosted in Microsoft's datacentres within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Azure infrastructure is governed by Microsoft's data processing terms, which are compliant with UK GDPR requirements for international data transfers.
We apply access controls to ensure that stored data is accessible only to authorised TechnoPulse personnel handling enquiries.
6. Third-party data processors
We engage the following sub-processors to operate the Site and process data on our behalf:
- Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) — cloud hosting, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Table Storage. Data processed in UK/EU datacentres under Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum.
Additionally, this Site loads static resources from the following CDN providers. By visiting the Site your browser makes requests to these services, which may log your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — Bootstrap CSS and JavaScript
- unpkg (unpkg.com) — Lucide icons, AOS animation library
We have no control over these CDN services and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7. Cookies
This Site does not set any first-party cookies. The third-party CDN services listed above may set cookies in accordance with their own policies. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used on this Site.
8. Data retention
Contact enquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to two years from the date of last contact, or for the duration of any ongoing engagement, whichever is longer. After this period data is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).
9. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data held by TechnoPulse:
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.

- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@technopulse.co.uk with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line. We will respond within one calendar month.

10. Security
This Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or disclosure. These include access controls on our data storage, use of managed cloud infrastructure with built-in security controls, and a referer-check on our contact form API endpoint. No data transmission over the internet is completely secure; you submit data at your own risk.
11. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately so we can arrange deletion.
